I understand with Covid, it must be hard to ensure social distancing and the appropriate measures are in place. However, upon arrival I had to wait at least 5-7 minutes for my technician to come and attend to me. The downstairs area was like a building site with workers walking around people getting their hair and nails done.
My technician was pleasant, however I feel like the building work should be done outside business hours. In addition to this, try and be on time for the clients.
