Possibly the worst haircut I ve ever had. Now that my hair settled i can just see It s nowhere near to what I wanted, I ve got so many different lengths everywhere, its just not funny. Just to add, I ended up with wet back after my wash, as they used tiny towel and hair bits all over my clothes as the plastic was protecting the back of my chair(?). The first time in my life I had bangs cut wet and not fixed when dry and well thats also how it looks. I ve just booked elsewhere to have it fixed.

Unfortunately I got burnt on my top lip due to the hot wax used for lip waxing instead of the strip wax . ( red mark across the right upper lip) I know it wasn’t intentional but I was only given a small bottle of Aloe Vera to apply on it daily. Was quite upset that there wasn’t refunded or obtain a slight discount on the service paid.

My therapist, Sara, was excellent - very thorough and professional, but the place itself was very unorganised. There was no loo roll in the loo and it took ages to get someone to eventually bring me a roll the size of a paper towels to use...When I asked two different people who worked there if they could help, they both said they were busy, before eventually getting the receptionist who was busy with someone else.
