Best balayage I’ve had in a long time!! I’ve had a lot of balayages across London and the tone and size of the highlights is just perfect.
Service and atmosphere was amazing - only issue was the water during my hair wash was quite cold and the hairdresser couldn’t make it any warmer.

Got booked at short notice which was great. Waxing was quick and efficient. Eyelash tint was good- but probably should have been kept in a bit longer to develop- definitely wasn’t 10 mins. Therapist was great- very experienced but treatment room floor was a bit grimy.
