Appreciate it was the first weekend back after lockdown, however I was made to wait 30 mins for my appointment in a busy place, then when I had my hair washed and cut, I had paper towel put on my neck, rather than a towel. After addressing the issue, I was only apologised to but not sorted, my back was wet throughout. I spoke to the manager and nothing was done - just quite a rude and direct approach.

Bit of a wild, cowboy cut if I'm honest. We could barely hear each other over the music (it's a vibe in there) and I felt the cut was just a little too rushed and crazed for my liking. It literally took about 5 minutes - kind of terrifying to watch really. Definitely won't opt for that stylist again. The blow dry was good. Also, there was a backlog of customers for the sinks and it all felt slightly too manic and disorganised. Not a brilliant first visit back but better than no haircut!
