Manicurist was nice but didn’t listen even when I repeated 3 times, tried to force old shellac off before the seal was broken/soaked off properly.
Colour isn’t the same as shown on the swatch and the application is uneven & patchy on all nails.
Hair all over the floor by where I was seated by an open, full bin; customer toilet was filthy with hair & all nail files/buffers used were old & worn - not good at the best of times yet alone in a pandemic. Standards have fallen since I came years ago.
