Filed the nails on one hand super short and left the other long. I noticed after 3 coats of polish. Instead of taking off the polish she just filed the nails and added a layer of top coat. Ended up with short nails and somehow a very wonky middle finger nail that she had to again go in and fix. I gave up correcting anything after that as the incompetence had already turned my spa day into a morning of annoyances
