It's a shame you can't add photos to reviews, but it was just not a good brow wax I'm afraid. I was left with red gashes just above my eyelids (which peeled, but have now recovered), from the particularly long time that wax was left on my face, followed by the roughness that it was removed. Putting this to one side, staff, store, and cleanliness was perfect, so I'm sure other services are excellent.
