I went for a Hollywood wax and was quite disappointed - the end result was fine but the process worse than what I’m used to at other salons. Eg there was no towel to protect modesty whilst the therapist went in and out of the room opening the door. The therapist never did a test patch nor did they ask me if the temperature of the hot wax was too hot (which it was and burned me a little). The wax was left on too long as the therapist was distracted and so was more painful to remove.

Sara is an efficient, friendly and charming therapist. She makes you feel comfortable and always happy to chat. Her waxing is quick and efficient as is the pedicure. I had a slight cut on my sole a few days before my pedi, and I advised her and she was careful & but still did an amazing job on my feet. After waxing, she told me to take my time too inspect for any areas I wasn’t happy with. Amazing! I. Just wish when I book on Treatwell, there is an option to pay at the store.
