Friendliness and skill of the technical Fabiola were both superb, however thetreatment room dirty, lay on a bed of towels that were covered in dirt and stains, only protected by a thin (clean) disposable paper runner that only covered half the width. Just a little care and perhaps washing the towels occasionally could make this so much less unpleasant!
