Disappointed. Cold water to wash your hair, as I had hair treatments this meant multiplewashes in cold water. A good atmosphere but lacked professionalism and organisation. My appointment ran 20 mins over. Although my stylist was very nice my blow-dry was poor, I Cod have done better myself! Not enjoyable so a total waste of time & money. Would not recommend.

Really nice experience- felt super relaxed, no pressure and lovely hair cut. Hairdresser listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me loads of hair tips! Will definitely be back, thank you Ilena.
