Eventful experience; booked a treatment which said 40-50 min - in 15 min my hair was washed cut and dried: you can all imagine the horrible haircut I came out with!! The hairdresser did nothing I asked for: he cut my hair in chunks instead of layering it and the haircut turned out super uneven when I wanted it very straight. I warned him not to cut it too much and when he did the first cut it was already too late as he literally cut a chunk in the middle of all the hair. He then said he wanted to remove volume and started chopping chunks of hair without caring where he was cutting: I had to remove my head as I asked him to stop as he wouldn’t stop
The funniest thing about it is that I have never met anyone more rude than him after doing a terrible job: you work in a hairdresser and people are paying you to do what they say, they are not paying you to be creative!! He got super angry when I told him to stop he said “we are done then” and ran away and left me downstairs on my own - he didn’t even help me remove the towels he had put on me
The experience was awful but fortunately, hair grows! It will probably take me 3 months to grow what he destroyed without getting anything done and having it on the length I asked for but lesson learnt!
Will definitely avoid this place xxx :)

I feel bad posting this as the stylist was incredibly lovely… however, the hair is no where near what I wanted. I have dark brown hair which lifts warm and I wanted it to be ice cold, I showed him a photo of a smokey grey balayage with face framing money pieces. I got none of this, just orange streaks in my hair. When he showed me the colour to see if I’m happy, I said it’s quite warm, and he said no it looks great and I’m very happy with it, it looks natural. Which was awkward for me…
