I asked for a simple straight cut and a wavy blow dry. Even if I’ve specifically asked to get it done with a normal blow dry with the hair dryer, she decided to do it with the curler. She used a huge amount of hair spray and ended up giving a burned look to my hair, that looked worst than being done at home alone.
The problem here was the lack of listening of the hairdresser, deciding to do hat she wanted despite me specifically asking for something else.

Nails didn’t even last a week, I have just gone in to complain and try and get them sorted but the woman was so rude and unhelpful. She said she wouldn’t be happy with the manicure when I showed her my nails but kept telling me I was wrong to wait 8 days to complain. All of my nails are bad, not just one. I ended up leaving because she kept shaking her head and making life very difficult! Don’t use this place. I also, it’s very dirty!
