Hi, I’m sorry to ask, but I’d like to request a refund. I’m quite shocked by my experience. Last time I had a great haircut, and the stylist understood exactly what I wanted from a reference photo. Unfortunately, this time my hair was cut much shorter than I asked for and styled in a way I specifically didn’t want. When I raised my concerns, I was told I shouldn’t complain because it was a “million-dollar haircut” and that the stylist could only do beautiful hair, not necessarily what I wanted.
