Joanna was great and gave a lot of professional advice which I appreciated. Cut was quick and efficient, which I prefer, as was the wash and blowdry, but definitely left enough time for the hair mask to have effect. Would definitely ask for Joanna again! Salon was a bit hot as other people said and some works going on, but nothing unmanageable - a T-shirt was fine.
