I need to speak to A manager immediately
My brand new t shirt - wore it for the first time yesterday and my cashmere Brora jumper are both ruined. I can’t post picture here but dispute me asking, because I had cold water running down my neck a new towel was not offered and both my jumper and t shirt are severely bleached.
This is a £300 jumper!

Having visited quite a couple of beauty salons for Hollywood waxing, this place reaches the bare minimum but nothing more. The waxing was quick but rather rough and the facilities are okay-ish yet way below the avg. standard. Wouldn’t recommend.
