I was seen over 40 minutes late, the hairdresser did not listen to me, and my hair looked awful. It has been several days and it has yet to recover. I was half heartedly apologized to for the delay, but after the appointment received several notifications that they had changed my appointment time I assume so it wouldn't look like I was seen to late. Really disappointed, as I've had great experiences with Splash apart from this. Would recommend going to the Goodge Street location over this one!
