The lady that did my hair was very sweet but this had to be the worst blow dry I’ve ever had. She came out with a mouthful of cheese and onion crisps and then dug them out of her teeth with her fingers before then putting them in my hair. She didn’t brush my hair so then Everytime she pulled it it yanked my skull. She also didn’t dry it properly before applying direct heat so my hair has become very dry and damaged at the ends. I would not recommend coming here for a blow dry

The receptionist was very sharp when it came to payment and was going to charge me extra - wasn’t friendly and didn’t listen. Made me feel very uncomfortable.
The wax has left me with very red and bruised skin. I have waxes regularly and this never normally happens. I’m not sure if it was the technique or that the wax was too hot.
I wouldn’t be returning.
