Joana was great. Very gentle with my hair and ensured I had a relaxing experience. I love my haircut and would definitely return to Joana again. A couple of things on the salon itself - the music is too loud and it’s very hot. This doesn’t take away from the professionalism of the staff!

It was good but one of my nails wasn't cured properly. The lady was lovely though I understand mistakes can happen. My natural nail could be seen under the colour so maybe an extra base coat was needed
