I arrived there 5 mins late. I needed shallac on my hands and regular polish on my feet which I had booked. They did not have any matching colours for both. As I was looking to try to match them both, the manager came and told me if I don’t hurry up, I will only be able to get one treatment. So I just picked any colour quickly. The lady who did my hands was a trainee I think. She cut my skin whilst she was cutting my nail. When filing, she was scraping my skin that it was painful.
