I booked an Express Shellac Manicure - which transpires is a file and polish which is very deceptive and a little disappointing. While the therapist did push back my cuticles it left cuticles that needed to be trimmed/removed but as I hadn't paid for this the therapist couldn't do this which I found really strange.
They had over booked, had issues with staffing and as such I arrived at 3pm for what transpired was a file and polish, as well as a half leg was and left the salon 2.15hrs later.

Realised later that normally when I have a back and shoulder wax , that the therapist normally waxes the arm to t shirt sleeve level. I took this as a norm but it was not done or mentioned.
