Emma is a thoughtful hairdresser. She is capable of understanding the client's needs and addressing those appropriately. Emma knows how to ask about added services I might need and what is already booked, thus making adjustments accordingly. In terms of pricing she is realistic. Her character is an approachable and positive whilst fixing my hair. She also recommends or even better to phrase takes the initiative to advise on what is best for my styling needs or leveling up my physical looks.

Beautician was lovely to speak to but unfortunately could feel the stress of her rushing. Nails weren't shaped very nicely and had to ask a few times to reshape. She missed the base coat off one hand and colour wasn't painted evenly with missed areas and kept forgetting to press the button to cure the nails. 30 min appt took over 1hr because they didn't have the tools to remove gel. I wouldn't be going back.
