Overall no one knew what they are doing. My appointment was initially booked with a different beautician and it was given to a different one as I believe she was new and they wanted her to practice. It’s not her fault bless her but you could tell by the way she was waxing that she wasn’t trained properly. She wasn’t fully confident, she wasn’t pulling the strips correctly either so it ended up breaking my hear and not removing it
