I’m shocked and I’m speechless. Walking into this place gave me immediately 100% sweatshop vibes and the whole atmosphere was purely chaotic. Unfortunately my hairdresser was very inexperienced, she had to cut my hair twice and she managed to cut my neck during the process. My whole back was soaking wet after she washed my hair and she even had to ask her colleague for help at one point. I’m sorry but every step was a fail. Luckily my hair ended up decent enough and no need to go elsewhere.

I’ve been to Splash a few times and have always had a great experience. On this occasion it felt as though the salon was very busy, as the appointments seemed to be running behind when I arrived. The treatment itself was excellent and will be back!
