Absolutely amazing !!!! Probably the best haircut I’ve ever had, and definitely for by far the best price!! Emma perfectly framed and shaped my face and got the absolutely perfect length for my bob (which is a near possible task- either too much is normally chopped off leaving me looking like a mushroom, or not enough so it’s not a sharp enough bob cut). Also one of the quickest haircuts I’ve ever had, as she got the perfectly length right away! I can not recommend Emma enough !!

I was in the salon for close to 6hrs, and even though they had already pushed my appointment back to a time that didn’t suit me (I couldn’t get a refund by this point), I was left waiting to be seen for 45mins. Asked for balayage, what I got was the opposite, streaky totally orange highlights from the root throughout. Hairdresser clearly had no clue what he was doing. I had to go to a different salon a week later to have it corrected! AVOID AT ALL COST

No attentions to details. Cut was done in 15 mins even though the slot session was 30 mins. Left hair around ears. It suppose to be scissors and wash, but they used electric shaver. Also no shampoo/wash done.
