Was asked to move half way through treatment so wasnt relaxing. The member of staff doing my treatment walked off at the end and left me waiting for her before I realised she wasn't coming back. Gel pedicure was also smudged on a couple of toes.

This was the second time I decided to have Brazilian Blow Dry, at Splash Soho with Emma.
I'm very curly and fizzy it last me 4 months exactly but I waited 6 months before retreated the hair.
My curls and hair weren't damaged, love it 😊
