Never have a problem with the waxing usually, but my therapist was not organised The wax was not warm enough to spread on my skin, she covered too much area with wax before starting the stripping, so wax was drying and was more painful. She ran out of wax in the middle of treatment. It took much longer than ever before. She left patches of wax and tissue stuck on my back. Instead of usual aloe Vera post wax cream, she used oil which just made my skin very greasy and stained my shirt.

I asked for some dead ends off and layers, and he cut off 4 inches of my hair without asking me. There was no layers. I left crying. The hairdryer also burnt me and the hairdresser said if he turned down the hairdryer then it would take longer to dry… not addressing the fact that I was burnt. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and now I will not be returning.
