They changed my booking for 15mins later which was fine since they gave me an hours notice. When I got there I waited another 17mins for the girl to start my manicure. The receptionist was useless and unable to help me and assigned me to a different manicurist from the one I had originally booked. The manicure was bad, she didn’t treat my cuticles even though I had paid for it and the shellac colour is unevenly dyed. Overall bad experience, bad result and they don’t respect people’s time.

S.Tsegi is the best!!!!! I told her what I wanted and she did it even better than what I expected. She is sooo focused and takes her time when she cuts the hair. I already knew I would love the haircut after I saw how she worked. Amazing hairdresser I am 100% coming back for her love you s.tsegi
