My hair appt started 15 mins late and the treatment I had left me sat in an uncomfortable position for a further 15. I showed a picture of what I wanted and unfortunately this wasn’t achieved. My hair just feels shorter rather than layered (which is what hair dressers normally do). The service was friendly enough and the staff are kind but the experience was sub par. Don’t think I was given a clean towel when my hair was washed and the WC was a terrible state. Left feeling disappointed.
