Booked online to get a discount which ended up being a faff when I went to pay and took us 15 minutes to exit the building. We also didn't get exactly what we booked because they were a therapist short which ended up costing us more and could have been a problem if we were tight on time.
All that said, it's in a great location and pretty well set up. The therapists are all Hispanic and lovely. They were kind and looked after us. We enjoyed the experience.

Haircut was fine (was a lot shorter than what was agreed to cut off.) The man who washed my hair did so in less than 5 mins & was SO vigorous and rough, and it had to be re washed after the haircut as there was still product left according to Emma!!
