The therapist removing my current nail polish filed into the skin on my toes leaving open wounds, which they then put acetone on. So painful! After complaining, I was given a far more experienced therapist who did a lovely job of my pedicure.

Haircut was okay, but had my hair washed before the stylist saw it, then ended up with having it at least 2 inches more than i said leaving me with hair alot shorter than wanted, and felt it was a rushed job as next person was waiting.
