I had to convince the hairdresser that I wanted to cut my hair shorter, and then ask for her to make it even on both sides, and she still didn't cut it as short as I asked. She was nice but the whole experience was subpar and I felt rushed.
Had a lovely consultation with Amy (?) who really paid attention to my hair texture, and listened to my non-existent hair routine. She was amazing and I love my hair
I’m really sorry to leave this review but I had my hair cut by Emma and noticed towards the end that my fringe was being cut with thinning scissors - I panicked and stood up to leave but the damage was already done.. I have a blunt fringe starting from quite far back on my hair line. Because of this I now feel completely self conscious and can’t go anywhere without using styling products to try to make it look more volumised. I’ve seen a similar review recently from someone else.
