Ted was great and I’m really happy with the end result of my BBD - super sleek and silky! The salon itself is quite loud/busy but I guess it comes with the cheaper price tag. Still felt v clean and got a Diet Coke (my fave)❤️

I booked an Express Shellac Manicure - which transpires is a file and polish which is very deceptive and a little disappointing. While the therapist did push back my cuticles it left cuticles that needed to be trimmed/removed but as I hadn't paid for this the therapist couldn't do this which I found really strange.
They had over booked, had issues with staffing and as such I arrived at 3pm for what transpired was a file and polish, as well as a half leg was and left the salon 2.15hrs later.
