The environment was incredibly unpleasant, a whole in the roof, bright lights and drum and bass music playing. My facial was below par for the price, feel very disappointed.

The appointment started 40 mins late - no apology or compensation. Asked me a few questions about the colour but did the opposite (did ashy instead of warm and left the toner on for short time instead of long time). Maybe a miscommunication between us, but was disappointing that it happened twice. The cut is also a bit uneven on the layering - maybe was rushed as last client of day, but not too pleased with the job.
