I regularly go to Splash and upon arrival the hairdressers were very friendly, allowing me to store my bike at the back. However, I had a different beautician this time who did not do a neat and thorough job, she also did not use lotion at the end to remove the wax. On previous occasions I have had brilliant beauticians and have never complained, however this beautician did not seem to care too much for her job! I will return as I believe the beautician I had was filling in from the Soho branch, so she is a one off!

Good attention to detail and environment was fine. I am quite heavily pregnant but the therapist worked around my bump without a problem.

It's a trendy little salon with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. I'm used to paying £50 for a haircut and there was nothing different about this. In fact, I felt more comfortable and my stylist Esther gave me exactly the haircut I wanted. The music they played was cool, I got my hair washed and a head massage and I was done in 30 minutes. All that was missing compared to a pricier salon was a coffee, but for the £30+ I was saving I can bring one with me. I'll definitely be going back!
