Splash is a busy salon so not particularly relaxing but the staff are lovely and the quality is excellent. My manicures are always perfect, with good attention to detail, and the shellac lasts weeks.

This was my first time getting shellac and I am hooked! My nail technician was lovely and very patient as I chose what colour I wanted. She was extremely thorough - all my nails have the same shape and look, which is great!
It's a very busy salon and the nail area is squeezed into a tight corner so whilst the service is amazing, it's not a very relaxing experience - but that was fine for me. Very good value as well.

Not impressed. The lady that did my manicure seemed like she was forced to do it. Most places cream your hands and give you a quick massage too however she didn't do that either even though the hand lotion was right there infront of us. She had applied nailpolish on absolutely dry fingers from the filing and stuff she did. I could have gone somewhere cheaper and had it done better.
Would not recommend this place for nails however other services in can't say anything about.

Easy to get to place, arrived early and said I would have to wait till my appointment time which is fine, was kept waiting for another 15 mins and then seen. Had gel nails removed off by soaking in acetone and wait for 10 minutes (why couldn't I have done this during the 15 minute wait...). There was a lady who came in during appointments that I think was an old manager and she demanded her shellac nails to be done and so my manicurist was distracted. Scraped the gel off my nails she was reat indifferent during the experience didn't talk or wear a smile. Was cheap but I will probably go somewhere else next time. This place is based on passingby customers to walk in they don't invest in their customers
