The therapist was a lovely girl but when tidying up the gel polish around my nails she was quite forceful with the manicure tools to the point where she actually hurt my fingers a couple of times. I also had to ask her to fix one nail as an air bubble appeared on the nail.

Was moved to another salon further away at last minute due to illness, staff only tried to contact me once to let me know. When I turned up they tried to tell me I was 30 mins early and tried to make me come back later even though I had hiked all the way across town. Treatment was inefficient (beautician had to keep going over same areas which was uncomfortable) and did not 'complete' the job satisfactorily (there was still hair remaining). Also, price offered to general public for the same service at the salon was £4 cheaper than what I paid online.

I have now had two excellent gel manicures here. They each lasted 2 full weeks with no peeling or chipping. The salon itself is small and rather crowded, but it's clean and the staff are really nice and lovely. They also stick to the time scheduled, so if you go during a lunch break, you can be sure to get seen and treated within the expected time frame, which is great! Good value for money too.
