Loved the location of the salon and the helpfulness of the lady on the front desk. Therapist was very nice too. However it wasn't the easiest waxing I've ever had - she was thorough, to give her her due, but it was excruciating. Rather than one quick whip, there were a lot of mini slow peels, which hurt, and constant hot wax on already very sensitive areas wasnt pleasant. I felt like I needed ice and a drink afterwards! However, I got a good last minute price so would give the place another go in future.

Good value for money for a wash and haircut. Also, good to have it in central London. The staff were nice and my hairdresser listened to what I wanted and suggested improvements when I asked.
