I like this venue mostly because of the staff. She is very efficient and makes sure that the waxing is perfect, the pricing is also very attractive for the quality of the treatment

The venue was very busy, mostly with men having fast hair cuts upstairs. Downstairs, I was taken into a room opposite a male worker, who clearly worked out from hearing through the wall (and from my small amount of time in the room) that I was having a bikini wax! The wax itself was very rough, and ended up with wax residue on my skin afterwards. Overall, a rather rushed, embarrassing experience!

My manicure with Claudia was top quality. Although they have their own top products (eg OPI, shellac) I brought my own polish and the service was spot on. She has her own little station at the corner of Splash, and although it is small, it is by the window at New Row. A buzzy vibe so if you are looking for quiet and calm this is not for you.

Best shellac manicure I've ever had! And I'm not saying that lightly as my nails were in awful condition and the technician had a lot to work with, but she even made them look lovely when they were practically bitten down to the bone. Has lasted nigh on two weeks now with only minimal chipping, and I will definitely be going back to get them redone soon.
