I had a nail tech named Ariana and she was lovely - quiet, but focussed on her job. Cleaning up my nails, which she did a wonderful job on! It's not a place to go for a pampering experience, but it's worth it for a nail fix - also, not too many colours (too many shades of green!) but as I said, I'll be back :)

Quick, easy treatment. Fingertips didn't feel too dry afterward. Good attention to detail making sure all gel was removed - definitely best value for money in the area.

Laura was amazing as ever! Fast! Funny and as ever as good an experience as it could be given that I went through leg hair torture! My fault leaving it two months!!

Not great. Nails a bit lumpy and messy. Very busy but nice technician. Seemed a little bit chaotic but it was cheap so can't complain too much.

Generally a good experience, the talkative staff made it much better. However, it was a very loud store with lots going on. I personally preferred the Splash on Goodge Street rather than this one, simply because of the calm ambience over there.
