Really good wax, covered everything and did not hurt was quick, minor improvement is to put the oil over the waxed part before turnings over - my legs were sticky and bits of the paper covering the couch got stuck on me - but that's minor and it was an overall excellent job

No frills whatsoevs! My therapist was outside smoking when I arrived (she was nice though)... I had to sit on a bit of an awkward stool in the middle of the hair salon while I waited for her to come in (I arrived on time). The actual treatment room was a bit rough around the edges and not massively clean to be honest. Ok for £14 half leg wax I guess, hairs were missed though and I had to pluck out quite a few myself afterwards... won't go again.
