The world manicure and overall salon experience in my life! Manicure master did not know what to do at all and made my nails look much worse than before the treatment. I needed to ask three times to redo the manicure but the result remained the same. Also communication was not so good because of her English. During the treatment other members of staff were discussing the clients in very bad offensive phrases.
I went to this venue several times before and every time was worse and worse. I will never go again or recommend anyone!

I always use the Splash salons for my manicures as they are great value and the ladies do a good job. This time it was a good experience but not the best I've received at splash, as always very good value and my nails look pretty good.

The girl was really thorough and did a beautiful job on my nails. She showed me the colours before I chose and helped me pick one. The only thing I would say is that it is quite noisy on the top floor next to the hairdressers but other than that it was great value for money.
