I had a Shellac manicure. I usually love this treatment but was disappointed this time. The manicurist over filed my nails and the polish start flaking after nearly one week.

Karin removed the Shellac and then did my manicure and new Shellac. She was great - a brilliant manicure all round and gorgeous Shellac. Love Splash and Treatwell for making it so easy to book!

This is the second time I've been to Splash for a Shellac manicure and the first for booking through Treatwell and would definitely do it again. The whole place is buzzing, clean, friendly and professional. Karin did my Shellac and she was lovely. A+++

It's the second and last time I go to a Splash venue for a 'two week' Shellac manicure. The first time it chipped on my hands within a couple of days but being Christmas Day and going off on holiday I couldn't go back. Had nails redone whilst away.
Booked in this Splash (a different one) thinking I'd give them a go and it's very hard to find both mani & pedi on Treatwell together, let alone with the timeframe I had before flying off again. Fingers have already chipped ever so slightly so definitely not a two week treatment. I work in an office and fly about for work, I'm not doing housework so it's not as if the treatment shouldn't last. Am disappointed.
Had treatment right next to some dusty steps, as one of them was sweeping up to close the dust went flying into my hair and face! They should take better care.

The nails looked really good, and the girl was very nice and friendly as well. Unfortunately the manicure itself was rather painful, not as gentle as I'm used to,
