The atmosphere was really nice but the lady didn't seem to do the waxing the right way. She left a tone of small hair and didn't even bother to use twizer when necessary. The whole bikini was done in 8 minutes when booked for 30min. Really disappointed

Not great ambience as it is a tiny room and a very busy salon (but this is to be expected in central london). Wax itself was relatively pain free and good value. My therapist wasn't one for chit-chat but some people may prefer it that way! Would go back again for no-glamour, quick wax.
