The 2nd time I've been here and sadly not as good as the first. I appreciate it's a busy salon but everything felt very rushed, quite a few hairs were missed and I didn't think the beautician did as good a job as the first time I went in.

Had a great manicure and shellac nails at Splash New Row - they have lasted over 2 weeks no problem! Manicurist was lovely and did a through job. Would highly recommend.

Excellent, less painful than usual and great explanation of the options. Looked a bit disappointed not to get a tip (I had no cash) - does everyone tip for beauty treatments?
