The place is easy to get to. The therapist was good but seemed distracted. Also we had to change location and go upstairs. The nail therapists are in a saloon. The end result of the manicure was good and I was happy
Pedicure looks nice, except my one of toenails was cut too short and hurt a lot.
When chose the finger nails' style, I wanted french, which disappointed me a bit finally.
The staff is really friendly and nice.
The girl was really really good. However, the whole thing took three hours (!). She wouldn't do the gel takeoff while I was drying my toes, and she didn't start the manicure until 20-25 minutes after the pedicure (feet can dry while she does the mani, but I guess she needed a break?). Anyway, I later discovered they don't do gel takeoff with aluminum like everywhere else, so you dip your full hand directly in a bowl of aceton! Obviously by the time she comes to the middle nail, the aceton is dry and it's too harsh on the nail. Anyway, the takeoff was horrible but the rest of the mani/pedi experience was great. Note though that they don't have a pedicure chair so you just sit on a chair in the waxing room with a bucket of water...
I love going to Splash because it's such good value. My only complaint would be that they often play really loud club music which is not very relaxing. Otherwise staff are all nice & professional.
So impressed with the quality of both my manicure and pedicure. Salon was busy but the beauty room downstairs is a quiet haven from the hustle and bustle.
