I had a brazillian waxing experience and it was quite poor. The lady who did it couldn't speak English and was not diligent nor gentle while waxing. It felt like she was too much in a rush and that made the whole experience more painful than it usually is!
She left loads of wax after wax and I had to scrub it off myself at home. When she finished there were still some patches of hair left and I had to point the 'areas' to her asking to complete the job properly.
I usually go to Splash salons regularly for my bikini waxing but I wouldn't go back to the Soho branch.

Just a removal for me today but the beautician was very lovely & cleaned my nails very well. She buffed all of the shellac away & left them looking clean, neat & tidy. Thank you!

Usually get 1/2 back for the price of shoulders here but this therapist insisted on charging more. Make sure you are at start!

Excellent wax! Very painless (comparatively) and extremely thorough. Beautician was nice, place was easy. Lovely coffee shop over the road.
