This was just a takeoff...normally in the past they've always filed my nails too and shaped them nicely - you'd expect as much for £6!!!!!!!!! This time the girl really complained about it ... but I can't imagine such bad customer service that you'd do a gel removal and not even take 2 minutes to tidy a customer's nails? Bit disappointing

This time I went to spalsh for underarm waxing, and as always the experience was positive, the girl,even though she seemed new and nit very confident, did a good job at the end, the best of the values!
