Really good place, had a very good Italian therapist for full leg wax who was a little bit slow but got the job done with minimal pain - the ambience is really good as well.

I think I can say I'm a New Row good customer, 10 bookings in the last 6 months, and I have never had a bad experience until last week; I'm not happy with the last waxing treatment. The girl was not as good as all the other ones, she burnt me and left hairs. She wasn't very careful either. I will be back because my experience with slplash is good overall, but I'll try to book when she is not in. Dissapointing.
