Really great shellac manicure as always. Took such care to get it right and did three coats to make it perfect. Amazing value too.

Absolutely awful experience. The manicurist started of friendly, but then had an argument with another member of staff over my head in Italian, and was brutal with the metal tools on my nails. I told her my nails were soft and broken due to me being run down, and she could see me wincing in pain but she told me 'it's really important I do this'. My nail beds are now red and sore the day after. She tried to remove some polish from a cuticle with an orange stick and pushed so hard I cried out, so she told me I was too sensitive. To top it all off when I asked if we could hurry up because I needed to go back to work she told me I'd booked an hour appointment so that's how long it would take. Horrible, horrible attitude, never going back.

A lovely salon experience. Love my nails, perfect manicure every time! A good range of colours and the lady doing my nails took her time to be thorough. I quite often go there with short nails, and they always do the best they can to accommodate for that.
