Very good service- running behind time but the lady on reception set up a makeshift seat for me to get the foils on asap, so I didn't lose any time. Real initiative thank you so much!

Not the best wax I've ever had. She missed quite a few little hairs and then seemed to completely give up and left a whole strip. She couldn't have not seen it so I think she left it because she was running late and was impatient. I only booked the wax here because my normal waxer has gone on maternity leave. I selfishly can't wait for her to come back so I don't have to go back here!
