I have used Splash many times across many of their different salons and never had anything but glowing things to say. Unfortunately while the girl doing my wax was great- the whole thing felt unprofessional. The wax took much longer than normal, was much more painful, she left a lot of hair and when covering me with a towel at the end- it had been used! Old hair from some previous client was transferred to my body and stuck there because of the after wax cream she used.

I had a shellac manicure and i was very happy with the experience. everything was done in a very professional way and my nails lasted more than 3 weeks (2 of which i was on holidays)
