Got started a bit late so I was kept waiting around but the technician was very thorough (better than the last girl I had here - the staff turnover seems high so it's pot luck). The choice of colours was small and they didn't have my first two choices. The pedicure was done in the basement where people are traipsing through to get their hair washed before styling upstairs so not the most ambient. Last time it was in a private treatment room so also pot luck whether you get that.
